STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery Surcharge
- A delivery surcharge of 2% of the total order value applies, capped at VND 2,500,000 per order.
- This surcharge applies only to orders weighing under 1,000 kg and does not apply to oversized items (items with a length exceeding 1 meter).
Delivery Lead-Time
- Orders are delivered during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the daily order cut-off time, delivery address, and stock availability.
