DELIVERY SURCHARGES
A surcharge of 2% of the total order value will be applied.
The total surcharge will be capped at 2,500,000 VND per order
Applicable Services:
The surcharge applies to orders weighing less than 1000 kg.
It does not apply to oversized goods.
Notes:
a. The product prices listed on the quotation or order confirmation already include the delivery surcharge.
b. Oversized goods are defined as items with a length of more than 1 meter.
c. For delivery service requests not mentioned above, please contact the Customer Service Department for further information and assistance.
DELIVERY LEAD-TIME
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
For detailed delivery timelines, please download our specific delivery policy below.
Notes:
a. For orders received after 14:00, the delivery timeline will be extended by one additional business day.
b. For delivery addresses located in suburban areas, the delivery timeline will be extended by 1–2 additional days.
c. The delivery timeline mentioned above may vary depending on stock availability.
