We stand behind our customers, and the quality of our tools, with an industry-leading service promise to match. This is why we offer:

Up to 2 years wear and tear coverage: We will repair your tool completely free of charge for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes damage resulting from normal wear and tear. You won't pay for parts, labour or even pick- up and delivery. After the wear & tear period, the cost of paid repairs are capped for the remaining warranty period.

1 month repair warranty: If your tool breaks down within 1 month of a paid repair, we repair free of charge. This also covers wear and tear, free pick-up and delivery.

Limits to the cost of repairs for maximum cost control: We limit your repair cost in the 3rd year. A charged repair will never cost you more than 30% of the list price of a brand new replacement tool. If the actual cost of labour and parts is less, then that is all you'll pay

No repair costs for up to 2 years from the date of purchase

 

We’ll pay for repair costs of your Hilti tool for up to 2 years (some of our tools are applied for 1 year no cost) from the date of purchase. We’ll pay for:

  • The cost of pick-up and return transport
  • Labor and repairs including replacement of all defective parts (including parts subject to wear and tear)
  • Servicing when indicated by the tool
  • A functional and safety check after the completion of every repair
  • Battery will be replaced for free if the capacity is below working level within warranty to ensure your productivity

 

1 MONTH REPAIR QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our 1 month repair guarantee

If your tool breaks down within 1 month of a paid repair, we will repair it free of charge. This also covers 

  • wear and tear,
  • labour
  • and even free pick-up and delivery.

REPAIR COST LIMIT (RCL)

Limits to the cost of repairs for maximum cost control

  • After the 2-year no cost period, we then limit the cost of any repair. This is capped as 30% of the list price of a new tool by the time of repair.
  • If the cost of the repair is lower than this percentage, then of course you’ll pay just the cost of the actual repair.

If the tool is within the 2-year wear & tear warranty, we'll commence work as soon as it arrives at our service centre - same applies for a charged repair, provided your company has pre-approved all charged repair costs.
